We are fully licenced registered home builders.  Before you engage a builder, check the status of their registration on the Service NSW website.

A Site Survey and Soil Test are part of the fees associated with site costs.

A Geo-technical engineer conducts testing and delivers a report on your block of land.

• A site survey allows us to determine the site dimensions, levels of your block and neighbouring area.
• A soil test will determine the classification of your slab, as well as indicate if any rock removal is anticipated.

In short no.  During the construction stage of your new home, we are in charge and control of your site.  Brolen Homes arranges the relevant insurance for your new home whilst it is under construction.  Once you have taken possession of your new home will you need to arrange home and contents insurance, infact most lenders will require this prior to settling on your loan.
