01 Choose a Design

Our Display Homes are a great place to find your new home inspiration, showcasing our award-winning designs discover the quality and style you can expect with Brolen Homes.

Walkthrough our Displays, view online or make an appointment to take a personal guided tour with one of our Sales Consultants who will take the time to get to know you and understand what is important to you in your new home.

Our experienced Sales Consultants will be able to provide a Free Quote (for a standard design) and explain the range of inclusions and upgrades available for your new home.

02 Customise your Home

The next exciting stage of your new home journey is accepting your Quote and requesting a fixed price siting and tender for the construction of your new home. An Administration Fee for a Standard Design ($1,500) or a Custom Design ($3,000) is paid by the customer. Brolen will arrange all the paperwork and reporting for you including a Contour Survey and Soil Test, preparation of Preliminary Plans and the preparation of your new home Tender.

Our experienced Sales Consultants will work closely with you, making any final changes and once you accept your Tender we prepare all relevant contract documentation.

03 Contract Stage

Your Home Building Contract will be prepared which include the industry standard HIA New Home Contract, finalised Tender, and contract plans ready for you to sign. Your dedicated Client Liaison Officer can answer any questions you may have.

Upon acceptance of your Home Building Agreement: Balance of 10% of your overall tender value is payable.

We are Master Builders Association and Housing Industry Association Members, with a strong commitment to industry best practices and providing our customers with total peace of mind throughout their new home building journey.

04 Building Process

Time to put your own style into your new home by meeting with one of our dedicated design consultants to select colours and products for your new home that will fit perfectly with you.

While you are completing your selections, we’re working hard behind the scenes obtaining approvals including BASIX/Nathers, Engineer and Waterboard reports so that we can lodge plans to Council/private certifier/Building Approvals and are getting ready to start construction of your new home.

Once we receive Development Approval and your lender provides a Letter of Authority to Commence Construction, Brolen will prepare quantities and issue orders to trades/suppliers.

05 Construction

One of the most exciting stages is seeing your dream home start to come to life! You are in good hands, a dedicated Construction Supervisor will keep you updated weekly and invite you to visit your site at various occasions throughout your build.

06 Aftercare Service

Once you have moved in and settled into your new home, your 90 day maintenance period commences offering quality assurance and a trusted aftercare program for your brand new home.

We believe in forging lifetime relationships, inspiring innovative construction and sustainable housing whilst maintaining true workmanship. The Brolen Homes team take genuine ownership in every home we build for our clients. That’s why your new Brolen Home also comes with a 6 Year Structural Warranty Period, giving you total peace of mind.
